There have been all sorts of food riots in Sri Lanka. Hungry people have taken to the streets and are attacking politicians, police and journalists. They’ve been burning down their homes, throwing their expensive cars into rivers and going absolutely crazy on anybody connected to the oppressive system.

Here are some relevant tweets.

Sri Lanka’s government like most third world governments was horribly corrupt but they also went crazy imposing the stupid virus lockdowns. This caused rampant inflation and destroyed the economy making it impossible for people to buy food to eat.

Now they have large masses of people who are desperate and are turning their anger against the government. Revolutions will occur when people do not have access to food. This is just an undeniable historical fact.

The thing about this is that what we are seeing in Sri Lanka is a possible preview of what we could see in the West as our economies crumble. Now granted, our economies aren’t nearly as fragile as Sri Lanka’s, but if people can’t afford food to eat, there will be riots and anybody within the power structure will be targets.
