No matter what the Trump administration does, the Communists are going to find something to complain about. That’s why it’s so funny that these spic child invaders are now being detained indefinitely.
The US government is claiming the right to detain children and parents caught crossing the US border illegally for the duration of their immigration proceedings.
A 1997 court settlement known as the Flores agreement has generally been interpreted to require the Department of Homeland Security to release illegal immigrant children from custody after 20 days.
But Justice Department lawyers have said in the filing in US district court in California that they now have no choice but to hold children for as long as it takes to resolve their immigration cases, because of a preliminary injunction issued on Tuesday in a separate immigration case.
There’s no coherent alternative being suggested by Trump’s political enemies. The policy of catch and release is insane and not a viable option. It has encouraged human traffickers to use children as their ticket into the United States.
And because of legal technicalities, the Border Patrol can’t just immediately deport them. This is what should be happening. It’s what normal countries do.
So the only option left is to detain them indefinitely.
And it’s not like Trump is being deliberately unreasonable. When everybody complained about family separation he ordered children to be jailed with their parents. He’s even open to working with Democrats to solve the issue. But nothing is ever enough for his political enemies.
This whole story has been fake news all along. This stuff was happening under Bush 43 and Obama and we never saw this type of backlash. In fact, the spic children were treated worse under Obama. He kept them in cages and wrapped them in foil.
The only reason this has become an issue is because the Jew-run media and the Communists need an issue to attack Trump on. He’s done such a good job on the economy, North Korea, ISIS etc.. that Democrat political strategists seem to view this as the best angle of attack. It’s a very dumb strategy though. The American people don’t support open borders and abolishing immigration enforcement. They’re also tired of being emotionally blackmailed by Jews to accept the continued brown invasion of America.
