Donald Trump invited the Republican leaders of the Michigan state Senate and House to the White House to discuss the election and other matters. The two leaders issued statements saying that they hadn’t seen any evidence of voter fraud but that they would follow the law as it pertains to the election. Trump followed this up by stating that his team would show massive and unprecedented fraud which would potentially require the two leaders to take necessary corrective actions.

The Democrats have a number of problems in Michigan. The vote tally in Wayne County which is where most of the fraud took place has not been certified. The two Republicans who refused to certify the vote were threatened and harassed. There is also ample amounts of evidence showing voter fraud including affidavits of people who witnessed all sorts of chicanery.

I think the two Republicans who met with Trump, issued a generic statement due to the harassment they have been receiving. Take for instance how Mike Shirkey was treated when he landed at Reagan Airport.

There is also no reason for them to issue a definitive statement yet. They should wait until the process plays out in the courts. And based on what the courts do, they might not have to take drastic measures. They would theoretically only have to take action if the courts don’t do their job in evaluating what happened honestly.
