Melbourne finally ended an insane lockdown they imposed on the population that lasted 111 days. They literally deployed militarized police to keep people inside of their homes and did all sorts of other insane shit which at any other time would be considered human rights violations. The media is crediting this madness for there being no new coronavirus cases in the state of Victoria.

The thing is, there was never any medical emergency with the coronavirus in Australia to begin with. People in government just decided to lock everything down for no reason.
Look at the stats. Australia has had less than 1,000 coronavirus-related deaths in a country of around 25 million people.
That hasn’t stopped Dr. Doom Anthony Fauci from praising the measures Australia took.

But congratulations Melbourne, zero people just reported having tested positive for having a virus that well over 99 percent of people easily survive. Good job. I’m sure all the economic damage, suicides and destroyed lives was well worth it. Seriously, great job all. But don’t be surprised to see another round of lockdowns imposed if a couple of people catch the flu or whatever.
