This first-degree murder charge is bullshit. There is no evidence that James Fields planned to use his Dodge Challenger to kill the fat blob Heather Heyer who ended up dying because she was fat.
So James Fields has now been charged with first-degree murder as a result of the Dodge Challenger incident that took place in Charlottesville back in August. They are claiming that the upgraded charge is based off of surveillance video.
The alleged reckless driver who plowed his car into a crowd protesting a white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Va. is now charged with first-degree murder, after prosecutors showed a judge surveillance video of the deadly assault.
Prosecutors announced at the start of a preliminary hearing for James Alex Fields that they were seeking to upgrade the second-degree murder charge he previously faced in the Aug. 12 collision in Charlottesville that left 32-year-old Heather Heyer dead and dozens injured. The judge agreed to that and ruled there is probable cause for all charges against Fields to proceed.
Fields’ case will now be presented to a grand jury for an indictment.
This is beyond insane. A first-degree murder charge requires evidence of premeditation and planning. How can one determine that Fields planned this based on surveillance video alone?
Besides, the fat bitch Heather Heyer who died wasn’t even directly hit by the automobile. She died because she was an obese whale.
Fields was in a situation where you had a mob of violent terrorists around him. It is not unreasonable to think that he felt threatened by them and believed that he had no alternative but to defend himself using his car as a weapon.
Even the second-degree murder charge is ridiculous based on what we know about what happened. Fields is being railroaded for political reasons.
The police are at fault for not blocking off the road and clearing out this violent mob. They had declared a state of emergency hours before so there was no excuse for this mob of terrorists to be roaming the streets.
