As a result of big tech going crazy with bans and the generally chaotic political situation we are seeing in America, there’s lots of rumors being spread around the Internet. There are people claiming that Donald Trump has already invoked the insurrection act.
Here’s an example of some of what is being spread.
There is nobody on the planet more than myself that wants to see Trump declare some form of martial law and see the various traitors arrested for high crimes and treason. At this point, this is literally the only thing that can save the Republic. But I’ll only believe it when and if there is an official announcement. As of now, we all have to assume the worst and hope for the best.
Most of the people spreading this stuff do not appear to be the most credible of individuals. Some of them might be spooks who are deliberately spreading disinformation to the public for any number of nefarious reasons. And you have the entire QAnon community going absolutely batshit nuts at the moment with what’s happening. All sorts of kook-tier theories are being spread.
There are however varying reports of a military mobilization and a big military presence that has been deployed in Washington DC. But much of that appears to be related to the fact that a huge security presence will be required in order for the illegitimate regime of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to take power. They’ve already setup security fencing all around DC.
I will say this much. It is very strange to see such a major push for Trump to be removed from office either through the 25th amendment or through impeachment proceedings when he has only ten days left in his term. They are clearly afraid of what he might do during his final days in office otherwise I don’t think they’d be doing this. But does that mean they’re afraid of him using the insurrection act? Who the hell knows.
All I know is that the next ten days are going to be wild. That’s the one thing I can confirm for sure.
