Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez predicts that Miami will not exist ‘in a few years’ if the Green New Deal is not passed.
The New York representative, 29, made her chilling warning about the effects of climate change at the NAACP forum on Wednesday.
‘What is not realistic is not responding with a solution on the scale of the crisis — because what’s not realistic is Miami not existing in a few years,’ she said.
Ocasio-Cortez reiterated that we need to be ‘realistic’ about the problem and make changes immediately.
She revealed the Green New Deal proposal in February, which focused on changing the economy, renewable energy alternatives and resource efficiency.
In August she also said if glaciers melt they could release ‘prehistoric diseases… killing humans.’
So not only is Miami going to be underwater because of climate change but the glaciers that will melt will unleash prehistoric diseases killing everyone. And the only thing that will save us is if the government agrees to pass her “Green New Deal.”
This means we have to stop driving cars, stop flying in planes and tear down every single building and rebuild them so they’re “carbon neutral.” We’d also have to do a bunch of other insane shit that I can’t recall at the moment. The cost of which would be $93 trillion or something.
Al Gore was saying all sorts of retarded doomsday shit about a climate apocalypse in the 2000s and none of it came to pass. But AOC seems quite confident in all of her bizarre environmental doomsday predictions.
The scary thing about AOC is that she seems to truly believe all of this insane nonsense she says and there are people in real life who think she is a serious person.
